As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar Bookkeeper to join our great team! Assisting in improving and optimising the accounts process. You will support the daily operations, contribute to month-end, lead payroll end-to-end, and work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Leading the end-to-end accounts payable process- from onboarding new vendors and managing invoices to executing payments and resolving discrepancies
Managing bank and credit card reconciliations and ensuring all financial records are precise and up-to-date
Taking an active role in monthly and year-end closing processes
Learning and optimizing our financial systems; we need someone who can master new software quickly and find ways to automate manual tasks

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2/3) – Required
3-4 years of proven experience in bookkeeping – Required
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
A self-starter who can take full ownership of tasks from start to finish
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a data-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office
