Key Responsibilities
Lead the system development process from initiation through delivery
Design and define system architecture and technical solutions
Define system-level algorithmic requirements
Oversee system development and integration across diverse domains, including antennas, RF, hardware, firmware, real-time processing, communications, software, and test equipment
Lead system design reviews and technical evaluations
Write, define, and manage customer requirements and detailed technical documentation
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering (M.Sc. in Engineering/System Engineering – an advantage)
At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer, including work with RF and signal processing components in the EW/SIGINT domains
Proven experience in advanced development environments, including configuration management
Experience working with MATLAB – an advantage
Experience leading the development of real-time software systems – an advantage
Background in communication systems – an advantage
