We are hiring a Monitoring & Control Operator for a healthcare organization located in the central region.
Responsibilities:
- Work with critical control and monitoring systems
- Monitor technological infrastructures
- Identify and respond to incidents in real time
- Operate and maintain control systems
- Manage issues in system and communication domains
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in NOC / SOC roles or technical support
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Experience with Windows Server systems, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Basic familiarity with VMware
- Familiarity with communication protocols
