Cellular & Telecomunications Project Manager- 2607

The role entails full end-to-end responsibility for managing projects from requirement definition to implementation and delivery, operating in a dynamic, multi-interface, and challenging environment. The position is as a Project Consultant.

Areas of Responsibility:

• End-to-End (E2E) Project Management: Initiation planning' execution, implementation, and delivery.
• Leading complex engineering/technological projects in a multi-interface environment.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements, formulating solutions, and driving decision-making processes.
• Working with suppliers, contactors, and internal stakeholders, matrix management of professional teams.
• Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Preparing specification documents, work plans, and status/progress reports for management.

Requirements:

• Academic degree or Practical Engineer or Engineer- advantage in cellular or telecommunications fields.
• 4-6 years of proven experience in managing technological projects, tender management, budget management, Gantt charts, and timelines.
• Proven experience working in cellular companies or telecommunications providers- an advantage.
• Proficiency in waterfall and experience with confluence or jira- an advantage.
