Requirements:
- Executive Experience: Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in the Medical Device or Diagnostics industry
- Fundraising: Experience leading venture capital or strategic investment rounds
- Multidisciplinary Management: Experience managing complex systems integrating hardware, software, and biology
- GTM & Regulatory: Practical experience with FDA pathways and US market entry strategies
- Leadership: Ability to manage complex board dynamics and lead high-performance, multidisciplinary teams
