Chief Executive Officer

A multidisciplinary MedTech startup is seeking a CEO to lead its transition from R&D to global commercialization. The company has developed a proprietary diagnostic platform that has undergone clinical validation and is currently preparing for FDA submission and US market entry.

The CEO will restructure the organization for scale, recruit key leadership roles, and align operations with commercial milestones. The role involves executing a business model centered on a diagnostic platform and consumables to penetrate Point-of-Care markets, while securing the funding necessary for production expansion and regulatory approvals.

Requirements:

• Executive Experience: Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in the Medical Device or Diagnostics industry
• Fundraising: Experience leading venture capital or strategic investment rounds
• Multidisciplinary Management: Experience managing complex systems integrating hardware, software, and biology
• GTM & Regulatory: Practical experience with FDA pathways and US market entry strategies
• Leadership: Ability to manage complex board dynamics and lead high-performance, multidisciplinary teams
