Tech Lead Manager

The Role

We are looking for a visionary, highly technical Head of Technology (Hands-on) to lead our technological domain from end to end. You will be a key player in building our new platform from the ground up, combining high-level strategic leadership with deep, hands-on execution. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of logistics technology by leveraging the latest AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code, to drive speed and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Leadership: Overall responsibility for the organization's technological infrastructure and strategy.
• Architecture & Design: Define and oversee the architecture of core systems, including Backend, Mobile, and complex integrations.
• Hands-on Development: Direct involvement in coding key components, building robust APIs, and managing system-to-system integrations.
• Team Building: Lead and manage the development team, including recruitment, mentoring, and establishing high professional standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Operations, and Senior Management to align tech with business goals.
• External Integration: Manage interfaces with external systems and vendors (API, S2S, VPN).
• Operational Excellence: Ensure system stability, performance, scalability, and top-tier data security.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5+ years of software development experience.
• Leadership: Proven track record as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
• Architectural Skills: Experience in designing and leading architecture for complex, distributed systems.
• Strong Hands-on Ability: A "coder at heart" with a proven ability to write high-quality, production-ready code.
• Cloud Expertise: Experience with Cloud services (AWS/GCP/Firebase). GCP experience is a significant advantage.
• API & Integrations: Deep experience in developing APIs and handling complex third-party integrations.
• AI-Native Tooling: Proficiency and hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, and Antigravity.
• Management: Previous experience in team management is a major advantage.
