Looking to join a growing international team?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our global team. This is a hands-on role in the payroll domain, involving data analysis, process control, and coordination across multiple countries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and oversee payroll processes across multiple countries
- Work with payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, and compensation components
- Handle employee expense reimbursements and benefits (e.g., insurance, sick leave)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll regulations
- Perform ongoing controls, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different teams and regions
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in payroll or compensation & benefits
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a global or multi-country environment — an advantage
- Familiarity with EOR companies or labor law — an advantage
Languages:
- Fluency in Hebrew & English - required
