About Us
Efix Aviation develops hybrid-electric unmanned rotorcraft for long-range, heavy-lift missions. We're a small, focused team of aviation specialists moving fast from development into production.
We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Integrator to take ownership of turning designs into working hardware, quickly and reliably.
What You’ll Do
- Design and iterate mechanical parts and assemblies in SolidWorks
- Integrate components into working subsystems and full assemblies
- Build prototypes using 3D printing and other rapid manufacturing methods
- Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical systems
- Work closely with the mechanical lead to translate concepts into robust hardware
- Drive fast iteration cycles from idea to prototype to test to improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SolidWorks skills, with the ability to design quickly and cleanly
- Proven hands-on experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems and integration challenges
- Experience assembling and debugging real hardware
- High ownership, speed, and attention to detail
- Independent, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time, on-site in Kadima
Nice to Have
- Experience with UAVs, robotics, or electromechanical systems
- Familiarity with machining, sheet metal, or composites
- Startup or R&D experience
