Efix Aviation develops hybrid-electric unmanned rotorcraft for long-range, heavy-lift missions. We're a small, focused team of aviation specialists moving fast from development into production.

We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Integrator to take ownership of turning designs into working hardware, quickly and reliably.

What You’ll Do

• Design and iterate mechanical parts and assemblies in SolidWorks
• Integrate components into working subsystems and full assemblies
• Build prototypes using 3D printing and other rapid manufacturing methods
• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical systems
• Work closely with the mechanical lead to translate concepts into robust hardware
• Drive fast iteration cycles from idea to prototype to test to improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong SolidWorks skills, with the ability to design quickly and cleanly
• Proven hands-on experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and integration challenges
• Experience assembling and debugging real hardware
• High ownership, speed, and attention to detail
• Independent, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Full-time, on-site in Kadima

Nice to Have

• Experience with UAVs, robotics, or electromechanical systems
• Familiarity with machining, sheet metal, or composites
• Startup or R&D experience
