E-commerce Growth Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Growth Manager to work closely with our international distributors and drive online sales performance across multiple markets.

This role is both strategic and operational - ensuring that distributors fully leverage Sensica’s global assets (content, campaigns, tools) while executing local growth strategies aligned with brand standards.

• Drive e-commerce growth with global distributors across multiple markets
• Ensure execution of global strategy and optimize local digital performance
• Manage and improve websites, marketplaces, campaigns, and online sales funnels
• Co-manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across Meta, Google, and other channels
• Maintain brand consistency across markets while supporting local adaptation
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights

• 4+ years in e-commerce growth or performance marketing
• Experience working with distributors and multi-market operations
• Hands-on experience with paid media, CRO, and online sales funnels
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) for marketing and analytics
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
• Beauty, wellness, or consumer devices experience — an advantage
