We are seeking a Sales Manager with a talent for closing deals over the phone for a part-time, on-site position based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, establishing contact with potential clients, pitching our AI marketing services, and converting prospects into clients. This role also includes maintaining client relationships, tracking sales performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to fine-tune strategies.

• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, cold calling, and deal closing
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience with CRM tools and data collection for pipeline management
• Understanding of marketing concepts, including customer acquisition and paid media campaigns
• Ability to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Experience with AI-driven marketing tools or strategies is a preferred qualification
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
