We’re looking for a Director of Finance to lead our finance function during a key growth stage.

This is a strategic + hands-on role working closely with our CEO and leadership team, owning everything from financial planning to compliance and scaling financial operations.

What you’ll be responsible for

Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Owning FP&A and supporting strategic decisions
Managing financial reporting, audits, and compliance
Building scalable financial processes and controls
Partnering with leadership across the company
Supporting fundraising and financial modeling (when relevant)
Leading and growing the finance team

What we’re looking for

7+ years of experience in finance roles (Controller / Finance Manager background)
Experience in a tech / fintech company-must
Strong FP&A and financial modeling skills
Deep understanding of financial reporting and compliance
Hands-on, business-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
CPA-must
