Cogito Capital is a private investment fund with an AUM of approximately NIS 3.2B. We're looking for an Associate to join our Tel Aviv team and play a hands-on role in sourcing, underwriting, and managing debt and structured finance investments.
This isn't a back-office role. You'll be involved in deals end-to-end — from initial screening, deal structuring through due diligence, negotiation, IC presentation, and ongoing portfolio management. If you've spent a few years in IB, PE, advisory, or strategy consulting and want to move closer to the investment decision, this is the seat.
What you'll do
Run comprehensive due diligence on new opportunities — Structure private transactions and lead negotiations, take active roles in managing deal processes from start to close — Monitor and support existing portfolio companies
What we're looking for
- At least 4 years in investment banking, M&A, PE, financial advisory, or strategic consulting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Fluent Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Based in or willing to commute to Tel Aviv (full-time, in-office)
