Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional to serve as a key financial leader in a dynamic, publicly traded manufacturing company. In this role, you will take full ownership of stock exchange reporting and partner closely with the CFO on strategic financial activities. You will drive accurate and timely financial reporting across the full closing cycle - monthly, quarterly, and annual - while continuously improving processes, strengthening financial controls, and working hands-on with Priority ERP. You will also lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - required

• Big 4 firm background

• Hands-on experience in a publicly traded manufacturing company - required

• Proven track record of stock exchange reporting - required

• Advanced proficiency in Priority ERP - required

• Business-level English, both written and verbal - required

• Power Query skills - an advantage

• Demonstrated leadership experience

Full-time, on-site position (not hybrid) - Mevo Carmel Industrial Park (next to Yokneam Illit)
