R&D Optomechanical Technician | ESH-Tech 

ESH-Tech is expanding! We are looking for an experienced R&D Optomechanical Technician to join our Engineering and Development team. This role is ideal for high-caliber technical professionals seeking a challenging position in a dynamic and innovative environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assembly & Bonding: Execute high-precision optomechanical assembly, alignment, and adhesive bonding tasks to extreme tolerances. 
• R&D Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and development teams on the fabrication of complex sub-assemblies and prototypes. 
• Calibration & Testing: Manage calibration and testing processes for delicate optical systems. 
• Process Improvement: Provide real-time troubleshooting during assembly and contribute to the optimization of work methodologies. 

Job Requirements: 

• Experience: Proven background as an R&D Technician or Fine Assembly Technician in a High-Tech / Defense environment — Mandatory. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with precision metrology tools and laboratory equipment. 
• Documentation: Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings. 
• Environment: Strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and standards. 
• Language: Good English (reading & writing), with high proficiency in technical English. 
• Significant Advantage: Demonstrated experience in precision optomechanical bonding or fine optomechanical alignment & calibration.

מה התפקיד כולל? 

• הרכבות והדבקות: ביצוע הרכבות והדבקות אופטומכניות ברמת דיוק גבוהה מאוד. 
• עבודת פיתוח: עבודה צמודה עם צוותי ההנדסה והפיתוח לייצור אבות-טיפוס ומכלולים מורכבים. 
• כיול ובקרה: אחריות על תהליכי כיול ובדיקה של מערכות אופטיות עדינות. 
• שיפור תהליכים: פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת בתהליכי ההרכבה ושיפור שיטות עבודה. 

דרישות התפקיד: 

• ניסיון קודם כמכשירן/ית פיתוח או טכנאי/ת הרכבות עדינות (הייטק/ביטחון) – חובה. 
• יכולת עבודה עם כלי מדידה מדויקים וציוד מעבדה. 
• קריאת שרטוטים טכניים ושמירה קפדנית על סביבת עבודה של חדר נקי. 
• אנגלית: קריאה וכתיבה ברמה טובה. שליטה גבוהה בקריאת אנגלית טכנית. 
• יתרון משמעותי: ניסיון מוכח בהדבקות אופטומכניות מדויקות או בכיולים אופטומכניים עדינים. 

כישורים אישיים: 

• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, יוזמה ופתרון בעיות בשטח. 
• יחסי אנוש מצוינים: יכולת עבודה בצוות רב-תחומי ותקשורת בינאישית טובה. 
• סדר, ארגון וירידה לפרטים הקטנים ביותר.
