Innovative AI startup developing an intelligent, real-time sales assistant designed to guide and optimize sales calls as they happen. The platform empowers sales teams with live insights and direction, directly impacting conversion rates and performance.

Having recently secured Seed funding, the company consists of an elite team of 7 employees.

Located in Tel Aviv (Train-line), the company offers a flexible hybrid model (2-3 days remote).

The Role-

Developing and scaling a mission-critical AI platform using Python and FastAPI.
Building and optimizing AI agents and backend systems that support real-time sales interactions.
Designing and implementing production-grade LLM pipelines, including retrieval systems, prompt management, and structured output handling.
Owning the company's DevOps lifecycle, from CI/CD and infrastructure to containerization and production monitoring.
Architecting distributed systems involving queues, caching, and asynchronous task management to ensure low-latency performance.

Requirements-

5+ years of experience developing high-scale systems in production.
Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
Extensive experience in DevOps (Infrastructure, CI/CD, Monitoring, Containers).
Practical, deep-rooted knowledge of LLMs and their behavior in real-world applications.
Proven experience building AI Agents and complex retrieval pipelines.
Strong architectural intuition regarding distributed services, databases, and asynchronous workflows.
