A highly successful technology company specializing in the development of sophisticated air defense systems and cutting-edge surveillance, intelligence, and observation solutions.

The company is currently expanding its R&D team to build its next-generation product line from the ground up.

Located in the Central District (with dedicated shuttles from the train station), the company employs approximately 200 people and offers a hybrid model with one day of remote work.

The Role

  • Joining a core development team to lead the design and implementation of future defense products from scratch.
  • Developing high-performance software for both Linux and Windows Application environments.
  • Writing robust, mission-critical code in C++ for Real-Time (RT) systems.
  • Architecting multidisciplinary solutions that integrate complex sensor data, tracking algorithms, and hardware interfaces.
  • Collaborating with systems engineers to define requirements for next-generation aerial defense platforms.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science from a recognized institution.
  • 5+ years of experience in Real-Time (RT) programming.
  • Proven proficiency in C++ development.
  • Hands-on experience in Linux environments.
  • Strong background in Windows Application Development.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience in the defense industry – a significant advantage.
