Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Booker / Talent Agent for a leading modeling agency. This on-site role is located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Talent Agent will be responsible for booking and managing talents, maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating casting calls, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes ensuring smooth communication between clients and talent while driving sales and managing customer inquiries to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients and talent effectively
• Proficient in Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed goals
• Experience in Talent Management and Casting, with a focus on the modeling or creative industries
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region or international clientele are a strong advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the modeling/entertainment industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Position Details:

• Full-time | Sunday–Thursday

• Hours: 09:00–17:30

• Location: Tel Aviv

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:

• 12,000–14,000 ILS (based on experience)
