Located in the Central District (Train-line), the company operates on a hybrid model with two days of remote work.
The Role-
- Joining a core development team to build and scale backend services, primarily using Python.
- Designing, developing, and deploying GenAI-based features directly into production environments.
- Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs into complex, distributed systems.
- Utilizing modern GenAI frameworks to enhance financial workflows and automation.
- Taking full ownership of features from architectural design to high-scale deployment.
Requirements-
- 4+ years of experience in Backend development
- Strong proficiency in Python development
- Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI features in production
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into distributed, scalable architectures
- Background in the FinTech industry – a significant advantage
