A leading insurance company is looking for a Generative AI Team Leader to lead a team of AI engineers and drive the development of advanced AI solutions.

This role combines leadership with hands-on development, focusing on building scalable Generative AI systems, including LLM-based applications, chatbots, and document analysis engines. You will manage and mentor the team, ensure successful project delivery, and collaborate with business, product, and IT teams to align AI solutions with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Generative AI Engineers, supporting their professional growth
Drive innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the team
Take a hands-on role in designing and developing scalable AI solutions
Lead AI projects end-to-end from concept to production
Ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field – required
3+ years of experience in Machine Learning or Generative AI – required
3+ years of experience in team leadership within enterprise environments – required
Proven experience leading AI projects from concept to production – required
Strong proficiency in Python – required
Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI technologies – required
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) – required
