Operating as a successful and established firm, the company focuses on deploying production-grade AI services that integrate seamlessly into complex organizational workflows.
The company is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.
Role Overview:
- Core Backend Development: Leading the design and implementation of scalable backend systems in Python to power the platform’s functional core.
- AI Agent Orchestration: Developing and managing AI Agents that drive intelligent, automated customer interactions.
- Service Architecture: Building and optimizing AI-based services and APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability for enterprise-grade traffic.
- Model Integration: Overseeing the integration and deployment of AI models into Production environments, bridging the gap between research and scalable software.
- Architectural Leadership: Contributing to critical technical decisions regarding system architecture and distributed data processing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer in Python – Mandatory.
- Proven track record in AI Agent development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT integrations) or deploying AI systems in Production – Mandatory.
- Significant experience in Cloud-native development (AWS/GCP/Azure) – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern API design.
- Ability to drive technical features from conceptual design to high-scale deployment.
