Innovative aerospace startup developing next-generation Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) featuring unique hybrid-electric rotor propulsion systems.

The company specializes in long-endurance platforms designed for heavy-lift cargo missions, utilizing proprietary patented control and design systems.

The company is currently transitioning from its advanced R&D phase into full-scale production.

Located in the Sharon region, the company operates with a small, elite team of aviation experts in an onsite office environment.

The Role-

  • Mechanical System Design: Leading the mechanical design of UAV structures, propulsion mounts, and heavy-lift mechanisms.
  • Transition to Production: Playing a key role in moving the product from R&D prototypes to scalable manufacturing (NPI).
  • Hands-on Integration: Taking full ownership of the assembly and testing phases of complex mechanical systems.
  • Optimization: Using advanced modeling to ensure structural integrity and weight efficiency for long-range flight missions.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with aerospace and propulsion experts to integrate hybrid-electric components into the flight platform.

Requirements-

  • B.Sc. or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from a leading institution.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in Mechanical Design.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • Extensive Hands-on experience in the assembly and testing of complex mechanical systems.
  • Experience in the UAV or Aerospace industry – a major advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team and manage the "development-to-production" lifecycle.
