System Integration Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled System Integration Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary engineering team in a leading defense company. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that complex systems— combining hardware, software, and mechanics — perform flawlessly in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• System-Level Integration: Lead the integration of complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems from the early stages of assembly to final validation.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex system failures and provide technical solutions in real-time.
• Testing & Validation: Define and execute functional test plans, using advanced lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, DVM, etc.).
• NPI Support: Support the transition from R&D to production, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Hardware, Software, and Mechanical engineering teams to resolve interface issues and optimize system performance.
• Technical Documentation: Write detailed test reports, integration procedures, and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in system integration or hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting – Must.
• Expertise in working with Lab Test Equipment (Scope, Spectrum, Signal Generators, etc.) - Must.
• Strong ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis of multi-disciplinary systems.
• Background from the defense sector or military experience in technical units – Significant Advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
