About the Company

We are looking for a Back Office Representative for the Foreign Securities Department.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing work with banks in Israel and abroad
- Execution of securities settlements
- Handling transfers and deposits
- Managing corporate actions (dividends, tender offers, stock splits, and other security-related events)
- Handling IPOs, reconciliations, and securities conversions/exchanges
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration – mandatory
- Previous experience in foreign securities back office – significant advantage
- High level of Excel proficiency (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF)
- High level of English (mainly reading and writing, minimal speaking)
Personal skills:
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Assertiveness and ability to perform under pressure
