Data Center Site Manager

Bynet Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Site Manager responsible for the full scope of operations at our facility, including daily operations, infrastructure maintenance, security, regulatory compliance, and

communication with clients and vendor.

Job Description:

Overall Site Operations: Ensure continuous and stable 24/7 site operations, meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uptime metrics.

Critical Infrastructure Management: Supervise and ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of electromechanical systems:

Electrical: UPS systems, generators, electrical panels.

Cooling: HVAC systems, chillers, and climate control.

Safety and Security: Fire suppression systems, access control, and physical security of the facility.

Change Control and Procedures: Implement and enforce structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage change control processes to prevent human error and operational failures.

Emergency Preparedness: Regularly implement and drill Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), provide engineering, technical, and security responses during emergencies.

Budget and Resource Management: Build the site budget, manage operational expenses (OpEx) and capital expenditures (CapEx), and monitor spending.

Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with quality standards (such as ISO 9001), information security (such as ISO 27001), and strict safety regulations.

Site Housekeeping and Building Maintenance.

Client and Vendor Relations: Manage ongoing relationships with site clients, negotiate with vendors, supervise subcontractors, ensure contracts are in place, and address any gaps or issues with subcontractors as needed.

Requirements:

Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC Engineer or equivalent. Certificate

In-depth understanding of control and automation systems.

Experience in maintaining and operating HVAC and electrical systems in complex environments.

At least 3 years of experience in large data centers or equivalent (Hospitals, Manufacturing, with 24*7 operation) – a significant advantage.

Excellent management skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Computers skills (office, HMI software usage, etc…)
