FP&A and Financial Systems Director
Key Responsibilities:
- FP&A business partner to Strauss Coffee's CFO, supporting key business and investment decisions
- Lead all financial planning and performance processes, including Actuals, Rolling Forecast, AOP and Long Term Planning
- Drive advanced financial analysis, scenario modeling and data driven insights
- Lead FP&A standards, governance and continuous improvement of financial systems and tools
- Lead HQ budget management, special projects, valuati
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting (MBA – advantage)
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business analysis roles
- 3+ years of managerial experience (manager‑of‑managers experience – preferred)
- Experience in complex, matrix and global organizations – advantage
- Strong strategic, analytical, leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English – written and spoken
