A global SaaS B2B high-growth Start-Up is looking for a visionary, hands-on Director of Marketing Operations to lead and scale their marketing engine.
In this role, you will be the architect of our global marketing infrastructure, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will own the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle, ensuring that our systems, data, and processes are optimized for hyper-growth.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CMO and executive leadership to define the Marketing Operations roadmap and align it with global business goals.
- Build & Scale: Transform our existing operational setup into a high-performance engine capable of supporting SMB and Enterprise PLG motions.
- AI & Innovation: Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve lead scoring, and drive operational efficiency across the funnel.
- Lifecycle Automation: Own and optimize our core tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), ensuring seamless integration and sophisticated automation across the customer journey.
- Revenue Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Ops, Sales, and Product to ensure clean handoffs, unified data models, and a frictionless lead flow.
- Data Orchestration: Centralize marketing data to provide a "single source of truth," delivering actionable insights and executive-level reporting on KPIs, attribution, and ROI.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 8+ years in Marketing/Revenue Operations, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role within a fast-growing global SaaS company.
- Dual-Motion Expert: Proven experience managing complex funnels that combine Product-Led Growth (PLG) with high-touch Sales-Led (Enterprise) strategies.
- The "Builder" Mindset: You thrive in environments where you need to build processes from scratch and scale them for global operations.
- Tech Savvy: Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot/Marketo. Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Workato) is a major plus.
- AI Advocate: A forward-thinker who has successfully implemented AI/ML tools to optimize marketing or sales operations.
- Data-Driven: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate "Cross-Org" processes and influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
