Full Stack Engineer

As a founding engineer, you will work directly with the founders, holding a significant influence over the product’s technological direction and architectural foundation.

Located in the Central District, the company offers a unique opportunity to build a cutting-edge SaaS platform from the ground up.

The Role

• Building a SaaS platform from scratch on AWS, taking full ownership of the engineering lifecycle.
• Developing Full Stack features using React and Python in a high-stakes production environment.
• Designing and implementing complex data systems and defining core engineering standards.
• Architecting Multi-tenant systems with strict data isolation and modern security protocols.
• Collaborating directly with the leadership team to translate product vision into scalable, distributed system architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development with React and Python in production
• Proven experience in designing and leading SaaS architecture on AWS
• Significant experience developing Multi-tenant systems (including client data isolation)
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, information security, and modern architecture
• Hands-on experience building distributed, highly scalable systems
• Proven ability to take full ownership and influence technological and product decisions
• Experience working in early-stage startups – a major advantage
