Junior Solutions Analyst (Excel Automation)

Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time, Entry-level

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely excellent with Excel — not just comfortable.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to improve how they use Excel alongside our platform. That means building macros, structuring data, and turning messy workflows into clean, automated processes.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You’ll need both technical ability and the confidence to guide users through solutions.

• Build and maintain Excel-based solutions (including VBA/macros)
• Work with customers to understand their workflows and improve them
• Help customers integrate Excel processes with our platform
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing files/models
• Turn unclear requests into structured, scalable solutions

Must-have:

• Strong Excel skills (beyond pivot tables)
• Complex formulas (e.g. INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, nested logic)
• Experience writing and debugging VBA/macros
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
• Fluent English (spoken and written) 

• You enjoy figuring out how things work and improving them
• You’re comfortable talking to users and guiding them step-by-step
• You don’t just execute — you suggest better ways to do things
• You can take a messy Excel file and turn it into something clean and usable

This role is not a general analyst position.

If your Excel experience is limited to pivot tables and basic formulas, this role will not be a fit.
