Innovative startup developing an Agentic-AI platform designed to boost productivity and profitability within the banking sector.
The company’s technology automates complex financial workflows, providing high-scale solutions for major financial institutions.
Located in Ramat Gan (Train-line), the company employs dozens of people and operates in a hybrid model with two days in the office.
The Role
- Leading the DevOps domain, managing a small team of two engineers while reporting to the R&D leadership.
- Owning the entire cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines end-to-end.
- Designing multi-cloud, resilient architectures to support production-grade AI systems.
- Engaging directly in technical discussions with clients to translate enterprise requirements into scalable infrastructure.
- Implementing advanced observability and automation strategies to ensure system stability and performance.
Requirements-
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles
- 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Leadership capacity
- Proven production-level experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP (Multi-cloud)
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions
- Strong background in Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Coralogix, or Datadog)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Crossplane
