Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead local ERP projects as part of a Center of Excellence (CoE) team. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for organizational projects, working with multiple stakeholders and driving both business and technological processes.

The position is hybrid and based in Israel.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end ERP projects – from analysis and planning to implementation
Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors
Manage and track tasks, timelines, and project milestones
Translate business needs into system solutions
Review and approve functional specifications
Lead testing, training, and implementation processes (UAT and Go-live)
Manage and coordinate vendors, including performance and SLA tracking
Identify and improve existing business processes
Handle ongoing issues and support system operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems such as SAP ECC or SAP Business One (SBO) – mandatory
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technological projects
Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into system requirements
Experience working with technical teams – advantage
Experience with task and project management tools
High level of English proficiency
Experience writing specifications, test documents, and documentation – advantage
