Founding AI Developer

Innovative startup developing an AI-driven platform that enables organizations to build advanced workflow management tools and autonomous AI agents.

These agents function as virtual coworkers, automating complex daily tasks such as data extraction, research, and analysis.

With over 200 paying customers and significant funding, the company employs dozens of people, is located in Tel Aviv (Train-line), and follows a hybrid model (office-based with Wednesdays remote).

The Role-

• First AI hire in the company, reporting directly to the CTO with full ownership over the AI product and strategy.
• Building new AI features from scratch and designing end-to-end AI infrastructure from architecture to production.
• Managing complex agent orchestration and developing advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Working with leading models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Open Source) including prompt engineering, safety guardrails, and fine-tuning.
• Scaling a platform that includes a community-driven marketplace of expert AI templates.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in Python development
• Proven experience in LLM development and integration
• Strong background in Machine Learning
• Experience working in SaaS or Web-based companies
• Ability to lead projects independently and thrive in a founding-stage environment
