We are hiring a Data Department Manager to take full ownership of the data domain within a large organization in central Israel, transforming data from a technical infrastructure into a smart, AI-driven decision-making engine.
What will you do?
Lead the data department and teams
Own and design DWH architecture
Design and develop in an Oracle environment
Develop ETL processes (DataStage or similar)
Work with BI tools (Qlik) to generate business insights
Lead major data and AI projects, including integrating AI solutions into organizational processes
Who is this for?
Someone who combines deep technical expertise, a system-wide perspective, and strong leadership with real impact.
Key requirements:
Managerial experience in data / information systems
Experience with PL/SQL and Oracle
Experience developing ETL processes
Data system analysis and design
Familiarity with AI – an advantage
Proven ability to lead teams and complex projects
