Salesforce Implementer

NGSoft is looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Implementer to join our leading technology and digital team.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into advanced Salesforce solutions.
• Implement and deploy Salesforce systems tailored to customer needs.
• Translate business processes into customized solutions using leading Salesforce modules.
• Configure and manage automation processes, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Work with declarative tools such as Flow and other advanced Salesforce capabilities.
• Implement and manage solutions using Titan (Forms, Docs, Sign).
• Collaborate with development teams and project managers to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the design and implementation phases.
• Provide end-user training and support optimal system adoption.

🔹 Requirements

• 1+ year of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and system analysis.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Experience working with Titan solutions an advantage.
• Experience working directly with customers, including gathering and defining business and technical requirements.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – strong advantage.
• Salesforce certification – advantage.
