By streamlining administrative tasks, the platform allows nurses to focus on direct patient care and optimizes revenue management for large healthcare organizations in the US.
The company has secured significant early-stage funding, employs dozens of people, and is located in Tel Aviv (near the Train and Light Rail) with a hybrid work model.
The Role-
- Leading a team of 3 developers and a student, reporting to the R&D Manager.
- Maintaining a 30-40% Hands-on involvement in development.
- Overseeing a modern stack: ~70% Node.js, with additional work in Python and a React/TypeScript frontend.
- Building and managing cloud-native architectures on AWS, utilizing Lambda, Bedrock, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Driving high-velocity execution while balancing speed, quality, and evolving priorities in a collaborative environment.
Requirements-
- 5 years of experience in software engineering
- 2 years of team leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Proven experience building systems on AWS and cloud-native architectures
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
