We’re Hiring – Wireless Communication System Engineer

ELTA Systems – Intelligence, Communication & EW Division

Join ELTA’s Intelligence, Communication & Electronic Warfare Division and take part in developing advanced wireless communication systems for multidisciplinary projects across air, sea, and land platforms.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead the development process of wireless transceivers across diverse communication configurations

• Define system architecture, engineering requirements, design and verification documentation

• Drive technical activities across multidisciplinary interfaces including algorithms, software, hardware, firmware, mechanics, and integration teams

• Support complex engineering activities with both internal teams and external subcontractors

🔹 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Communications – Mandatory.

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – advantage.

• Strong knowledge in digital communications and modem design– Mandatory.

• Basic RF systems knowledge– Mandatory.

• Proven experience in digital transceiver development– Mandatory.

• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer and VSA– Mandatory.

• Experience writing detailed technical specifications and design documents for HW/FW/SW teams

• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and managing multiple tasks

• Experience in satellite communications – advantage

• Experience in cellular communications – advantage
