Private and profitable High-Tech company specializing in AI-driven Performance Marketing solutions. The company operates on a successful Bootstrap model, remaining profitable from day one without external investors.

They develop smart systems that generate targeted leads, helping global clients scale their user base and optimize costs through advanced AI.

Located in Tel Aviv (Train-line), the company employs dozens of people and maintains a hybrid model with one day of remote work.

The Role-

Joining a core team with a strong focus on high-performance data infrastructure.
Designing and building reliable data systems, including real-time pipelines and tracking infrastructures.
Developing and maintaining a Feature Store to support advanced analytics and Production-grade Machine Learning models.
Working with a diverse tech stack including AWS, Spark, Hadoop, Python (ETL), and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Taking full ownership of data reliability and scalability to drive business growth.
