Controller

We're looking for talented Controller.

The position reports to the local CFO and is based in our office in Rehovot.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and cash flow statements, in compliance with local law and group standards.
• Ongoing budget control, forecasting (Forecast), and management of financial projections.
• Implement new analytical accounting methods (standard costs, tracking production and R&D hours) with corresponding ERP adaptation.
• Monitor and analyze expenses vs. budget by cost center and present relevant reports to local management.
• Collaborate with the centralized global team during month-end closing processes.
• Contribute to the budgetary process: 3-year Budget and 5-year Strategic Business Planning (SBP).
• Analyze financial data and generate management reports for senior executives to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and manage internal and external audit processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration – Mandatory.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license – Mandatory.
• Experience from a BIG4 accounting firm – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in preparing monthly reports for international corporate companies – Mandatory.
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken), including the ability to prepare and present financial presentations – Mandatory.
• High-level proficiency in ERP systems (specifically Priority) – Mandatory.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and BI tools – Mandatory.
• Ability to work independently with high precision and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment – Mandatory.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in financial planning in the high-tech industry.
• Experience in management accounting and industrial cost accounting.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Significant Advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team collaboration abilities.
