You Are:

You are a passionate engineering professional with deep expertise in Analog, RF, transistor-level power integrity and high-speed interface design, and a proven ability to solve complex problems in the semiconductor industry. You thrive in customer-facing roles, combining technical mastery with excellent communication skills to drive customer success and satisfaction. Your experience spans ESD protection, embedded memory/IP, and advanced simulation workflows, and you are comfortable working with a variety of CAD tools and scripting languages. You enjoy collaborating across teams—whether supporting customers, working alongside sales, or contributing to product development—to deliver exceptional results. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, eager to learn new technologies, and committed to delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations. What You’ll Be Doing:

* Provide expert support and training to customers on Totem and related Semiconductor Business Unit simulation products, ensuring high productivity and satisfaction.

* Independently coordinate and manage support for multiple customer designs through tape-out, verifying design quality and compliance with expectations.

* Apply advanced knowledge in analog circuit analysis, VLSI design, power-grid extraction, noise analysis, and ESD to solve complex SoC challenges.

* Continuously assess and enhance customer workflows, identifying technical needs and communicating new opportunities and risks to Sales teams.

* Demonstrate innovative solutions to drive increased software usage and adoption among key customers.

* Collaborate with Sales to support business growth and expand Synopsys’ market presence in Taiwan and beyond.

* Partner with Product Development to share customer feedback and help shape future product enhancements for improved user experience.

* Develop utilities and troubleshoot issues using UNIX-based scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, or Python.

What You’ll Need:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

* Advanced expertise in custom circuit analysis & design, physical layout, noise analysis, voltage drop effects, and ESD using CAD tools.

* Strong technical knowledge of EDA tools, especially for layout and analog circuit extraction (SPEF/DSPF).

* Proficiency in UNIX operating systems and scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, or Python for troubleshooting and utility development.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
