We’re Hiring: HRIS Data Migration Lead (Global HCM Project)

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Data Migration Lead to take full ownership of the end-to-end data migration stream במסגרת פרויקט גלובלי להטמעת מערכת HCM.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring data readiness, accuracy, and integrity across all migration cycles—from legacy systems to a new HCM platform.

You’ll work closely with HR, IT, system integrators, and business stakeholders to deliver successful mock migrations and a smooth go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the data migration strategy and roadmap

• Manage data mapping, transformation rules, and validation processes

• Ensure high data quality through cleansing and governance practices

• Lead migration cycles (Mocks, Dress Rehearsal, Final Cutover)

• Coordinate with SI teams on data loads, templates, and issue resolution

• Oversee reconciliation and sign-off processes

• Drive cutover readiness and support go-live (hypercare)

• Track risks, dependencies, and provide stakeholder reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS / HCM projects (including data migration)

• Proven experience leading data migration in large-scale implementations

• Strong understanding of HR data structures (Core HR, Compensation, Org structures)

• Experience working with external System Integrators

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM

• Experience in global, multi-country environments

• Knowledge of data governance best practices

• Familiarity with payroll and integrations
