The role includes project control and monitoring, conducting weekly meetings with project managers, consolidating status updates, and presenting them to senior management and the company CEO. Responsibilities also include budget management and purchase orders, maintaining a cross-project perspective for prioritization (resource allocation), and preparing and delivering reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in a PMO role
- Proven experience in project control and support, including budget management and tracking, and resource planning
- Experience working with defense industries / Ministry of Defense – advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Systemic thinking and proactive approach
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, including working with teams and presenting to company leadership
