Head of Data | Rishon LeZion | Financial Organization
Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Head of Data to lead end-to-end organizational data strategy for a leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion.
Responsibilities:
Leading the design and development of a new AI-driven Data platform.
Owning advanced Data and BI architecture, including strategic planning and implementation.
Leading the establishment and development of a Data Warehouse and enterprise Data platform.
Full responsibility for Snowflake and Tableau across architecture, methodology, and implementation.
Managing and mentoring team members, including professional development and guidance.
Defining and leading Data methodologies, standards, and best practices.
Working cross-functionally with senior management, IT, and business units.
Managing external vendors and service providers.
Leading AI initiatives within the Data domain, including implementation of advanced AI infrastructures.
Requirements:
Experience with Snowflake and Tableau, including architecture and BI knowledge.
Experience in building or upgrading Data Warehouses and Data platforms.
Proven experience in team management and professional leadership.
Strong understanding of Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics.
Experience or strong knowledge of AI infrastructures in Data environments – advantage.
Strong leadership, influence, and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
