As a Video Marketing Editor, you will be responsible for crafting high-converting video assets that drive immediate action across major social platforms. You will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and performance psychology, transforming raw footage into compelling ads that capture attention and deliver measurable business results.

Description

• Create and produce high-converting performance ads specifically designed for paid social campaigns.
• Edit short-form video content optimized for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to iterate on concepts and improve overall ad performance.
• Implement advanced AI tools to streamline production workflows and enhance visual output.
• Analyze video performance metrics to derive actionable insights for future creative iterations.
• Execute rapid turnarounds for A/B testing variations, including different hooks and cutdowns.
• Maintain a high standard of visual precision while balancing the fast-paced needs of performance marketing.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional video editing with a focus on marketing.
• Proven track record of producing successful Direct Response Video Ads.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms and short-form content psychology.
• Ability to think like a copywriter and execute with the precision of a technical editor.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in performance-based creative.
• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools and a desire to integrate them into daily workflows.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects - advantage.
