Senior Agentic AI Developer

I’m hiring for a successful and growing cyber company building a next-generation Agentic AI system for automated malware analysis and threat intelligence.

This role sits at the intersection of reverse engineering, low-level development, and Agentic AI systems — and requires deep hands-on experience in binary analysis and malware research.

The system is a complex, on-prem, air-gapped platform that combines LLMs, multi-agent orchestration (ReAct-style), and autonomous agents with high-fidelity malware analysis toolchains.

In this role, you will:

• Own the end-to-end architecture of a complex system, including LLM pipelines, agent orchestration layers, analysis engines, and CTI integrations
• Develop and implement components across backend, infrastructure, and AI/ML layers
• Build agentic AI capabilities using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks for complex malware analysis workflows
• Integrate AI systems with reverse engineering toolchains (binaries, disassemblers, debuggers, sandbox environments)
• Lead LLM fine-tuning on domain-specific datasets (malware, telemetry, CTI)
• Design systems for secure, air-gapped environments (model lifecycle, updates, isolation, hardening)
• Translate research into production-grade systems
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and explainability of outputs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex system architecture
• Strong hands-on experience in low-level development (C++ required, Rust advantage)
• Deep experience in reverse engineering and malware analysis (static & dynamic)
• Proven experience with LLMs / ML systems in production (training, fine-tuning, deployment)
• Experience with multi-agent systems / orchestration frameworks (ReAct or similar)
• Strong ML engineering background on security data (binaries, network, CTI pipelines)
