We’re looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join our core insurance technology team and help shape the next generation of our P&C systems in novative, and tech‑driven environment where your work creates real business impact and helps shape the future of our core insurance systems.

What you’ll do?

• Systems analysis in the field of P&C insurance policy issuance and production.
• Understanding complex existing core processes, analyzing new business requirements, and identifying solutions for implementing them in a new core systemCoordinating and managing the transition to production.
• Writing detailed specification documents, including interface specifications, and transferring tasks to development teams
• Performing unit tests
• Coordinating and managing the transition to production
• Working with multiple interfaces and integrating with various stakeholders across IT and the business units

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis
• Hands‑on experience and knowledge in PLSQL, Postman, and DataDog – mandatory.
• Familiarity with the P&C (general insurance) domain – an advantage.
• High level of English.
