I’m hiring for a unique cyber role at the intersection of low-level security research and customer-facing technical work.

This is not a classic hands-on researcher role.

I’m looking for someone with a strong background in vulnerability research who can take complex, often ambiguous technical challenges and turn them into structured, well-defined research initiatives.

In this role, you will work directly with highly technical security and defense customers — leading technical discovery sessions, defining research scope, and shaping POCs from hypothesis through validation.

You will serve as the bridge between customers and internal research teams, ensuring that problems are clearly defined and aligned with practical research approaches.

This role requires strong technical credibility and prior hands-on experience, even though it does not involve day-to-day hands-on research.

What I’m looking for:

Strong background in low-level vulnerability research (reversing, exploitation, etc.)
Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured research approaches
Experience working with customers or leading technical discussions
Experience with POCs, technical evaluations, or exploratory research
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous environments

This is a high-impact role, working closely with leadership and research teams on complex security challenges.
