our Non‑Traded Credit team is expanding and we are looking for a talented Investment Manager to join one of the most dynamic and impactful credit platforms in the market.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex end‑to‑end investment processes - from sourcing and evaluating private credit opportunities to structuring deals, negotiating terms, and driving them to closing.

What you’ll do?

• Sourcing, initiating, and evaluating investment opportunities in the non‑traded credit sector
• Leading the end‑to‑end investment process, from deal sourcing through closing and signing (including negotiation, commercial structuring, legal processes, etc.)
• Close collaboration with the legal department, analysts and external stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in credit analysis / non‑traded debt / Private Debt / Direct Lending
• Proven experience in negotiation and leading transactions
• Deep understanding of financing agreements, debt structures, collateral, and covenants
• High‑level English proficiency
