Financial advisors support individuals and families across their full financial lives, including investing, retirement, tax strategy, estate planning, and more. In the U.S. alone, advisors serve over 70 million Americans and manage more than $150 trillion in assets.

Despite the scale of the industry, advisory firms still rely heavily on manual operational work performed by support staff. This $50B support-services layer is expensive, understaffed, and inefficient.

We are solving this by building vertical AI agents that automate the operational and support workflows behind financial advisory firms. Our goal is to help advisors increase capacity, reduce overhead, and deliver better service to their clients.

The Role

We are looking for our first Product Manager to join the team and help shape the future of the company’s AI product.

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and work closely with the founders and engineering team to define, build, and scale a category-defining AI product for financial advisors.

As the Founding Product Manager, you will play a key role in translating real customer needs into impactful product solutions. You will be deeply involved across discovery, product strategy, execution, and iteration.

This role is ideal for someone who has already built and shipped products and is excited to operate in a fast-moving startup environment where ownership, curiosity, and product intuition matter.

What You’ll Do

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Drive product discovery in close collaboration with founders, engineering, and design
• Conduct customer conversations with financial advisors and operations teams
• Develop a deep understanding of workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies
• Translate qualitative insights into clear product opportunities

Execution & Delivery

• Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Work closely with engineering to prioritize and deliver features
• Lead product iterations based on usage data and customer feedback
• Balance long-term thinking with rapid iteration cycles

Product Leadership

• Help establish product processes, roadmapping, and prioritization frameworks
• Introduce and scale product thinking across the organization
• Define and evolve the roadmap for a next-generation vertical AI agent platform
• Identify opportunities to expand automation across advisor workflows

Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with early design partners to test and validate product capabilities
• Ensure product decisions are grounded in real-world usage
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, founders, and go-to-market teams

Must Have

• 4+ years of Product Management experience
• At least two prior product roles with clear ownership over shipped products
• Strong ability to identify real customer problems and translate them into simple, scalable solutions
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as a core part of day-to-day product development workflows (e.g., prototyping, specs, user flows)
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
• Highly hands-on and execution-oriented
• Experience conducting product discovery and customer interviews
• Ability to work closely with engineering and understand technical trade-offs
