COMBLACK is hiring a Product Manager!

A rare opportunity to join the CTO organization of a leading financial institution, operating like a technology startup, and directly influence the future of the organization’s developer experience.

This is a cross-organizational and highly impactful role at the core of the company’s technology, responsible for leading the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), working closely with the department head and Tech Leads, and driving deep transformation processes in the development ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on platforms / infrastructure products
Experience working with development teams or internal products (Internal Tools / IDP) – mandatory
Strong technical background (development or technical product management)
Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, cloud environments, and modern development methodologies
Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management in a multi-interface environment
System thinking and ability to connect infrastructure, development processes, and innovation
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk / Dynatrace – advantage
Managerial experience – advantage
