Comblack is hiring a Technological Project Manager (SuccessFactors)!

This role involves end-to-end ownership of a system module – from requirements gathering and business process analysis, through defining user stories, to full project delivery and implementation. The position includes matrix leadership of cross-functional teams, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and a broad, integrative view within a complex enterprise environment.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in managing IT and technology projects

• Proven experience in HR systems analysis

• Strong experience in matrix leadership and team management

• Significant advantage: experience in analysis and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
