For a leading manufacturing company, a Quality Manager is required.
The role includes responsibility for leading, implementing, controlling, and continuously improving the organization’s Quality Management System, in accordance with international standards, relevant regulations, and customer requirements. The role includes overall responsibility for quality processes, suppliers, products, audits, risk management, and meeting quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
Responsibility for compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 37001 standards to which the company is certified.
Leading internal audits and external audits מול the Israeli Standards Institute.
Responsibility for programs and projects in quality assurance aspects מול the customer and the supply chain.
Writing and implementing Quality Plans for various projects, including detailed planning of control processes according to customer and internal requirements, and implementing them on the production floor, including production אצל subcontractors, including execution follow-up.
Preparation of quality control specifications for raw materials and finished products.
Ongoing handling מול internal and external quality control bodies.
Managing deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Developing, implementing, and controlling quality procedures and work instructions.
Requirements:
Relevant academic degree (Engineering / Quality / Industrial Engineering and Management).
Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in the quality field.
In-depth familiarity with quality standards and relevant regulations.
Experience in supplier management and supply chain quality processes.
Full proficiency in Office applications, with emphasis on Excel.
